With 60% funding from Interreg 2 Seas EU fund this new approach to Dementia Care is an exemplar model for low capital and operational cost using technology and integrated healthcare; a first for the UK.

12 disused and vandalised semi-detached houses have been transformed to provide accessible accommodation for 30 residents. A new hub building provides the focus for residents and local community to come together with a six bed ‘guesthouse with care’ offering respite, holiday and visitor accommodation.
