Building a Better Future at the Port of Ramsgate – Green Campus Planning Officially Submitted

We’re delighted to share that the planning application for the new Green Campus at the Port of Ramsgate has now been formally submitted, working with Willmott Dixon Construction Ltd on behalf of Thanet District Council.

Designed as a small business incubator, Green Campus will provide flexible workspace units, offices, co-working and conference facilities. Creating a dynamic hub that anchors marine and maritime industries while supporting skills, innovation, and future business growth across the region.

The project embraces a fabric-first approach, responsibly sourced materials, and is a completely electric development, reducing operational carbon while maintaining clear wayfinding, flexible operation, and building heights that protect key sight lines.

Delivered through funding from the UK Government Levelling Up Fund, the project aims to unlock meaningful social and economic benefits for Ramsgate and the wider community. With phased delivery expected from 2025–2026 and beyond.

This milestone reflects our shared commitment to delivering an exemplar environment where design, community opportunity, and sustainable economic growth come together.
