Gets Planning Approval
Planning Consent has been granted by Rother District Council for this new beach house in Camber.
The house has been orientated to take advantage of the spectacular views out to sea and to Fairlight cliffs, but at the same time preserve the privacy of the neighbours and owners. The main living spaces are located on the first floor and will have a column free glass corners. The ‘v’ shaped plan allows for a sheltered deck and terrace areas slightly set back from the beach. There will also be a second floor ‘look out’ study space.
HMY are working with Kent firms Colin Toms (structural engineers) and PCS Consulting (environmental engineers).
