Broadside Headquarters, Chatham/

HMY brought together the disparate departments
of MHS homes into one bespoke building that offers 4400m2 of dynamic office space - inspired by the form and structure of local maritime and
meticulously designed to minimise impact on the environment.

The new five-storey building, called Broadside, is within Chatham Maritime and next to the Historic Dockyard World Heritage Site, sited directly over
the Medway Tunnel on the River Medway waterfront. The 250 staff now benefit from stunning unbroken views of the river from every office space, a bespoke open plan layout that also provides private working spaces and an innovate energy-saving heating, cooling and ventilation system.
