Clients range from Local Authorities and schools to independent businesses and individuals. The following are examples of recent case studies from our portfolio. More are available upon request.

04/ Case Study/ Broadside/ Chatham Maritime/

One home for a major housing provider.

HMY brought together the disparate departments of mhs homes into one bespoke building that offers 4400m² of dynamic office space - influenced by the form of local maritime architecture and meticulously designed to minimise impact on the surrounding environment.

'The building has been well planned from a detailed brief which included the key wishes of our user group. Consequently, it has met all our aspirations.' Roger Wilson, Project Manager, mhs homes

05/ Case Study/ Haringey/ Sixth Form & Community Centre/ Project Budget £28,000,000

Respect through sophisticated architecture.

This state of the art education and recreation centre - with fully-equipped science labs, theatre and sports hall - is designed to inspire a strong sense of ownership and respect from its predominantly student users.

Innovative materials, finishes and lighting contribute to a commission that is distinctive, contemporary, and versatile.

06/ Case Study/ Chailey Heritage School/ Primary department/

How do you stimulate 300 young children with special needs, every day?

Planting on the roofs. Light, airy corridors using warm, natural materials. Classrooms built in an elegant sweep around an ancient tree. These are just some of the ideas HMY introduced to create a stimulating and nurturing environment, within a very special school.

'Recent additions, remodelling and refurbishment have made a very positive impact on the quality of accommodation and the quality of pupils' learning.' OFSTED Report
